Higher Education Opportunity Program

HEOP, funded by New York State, provides financial aid, counseling, and tutorial and other services to carefully selected economically and academically disadvantaged students. Applicants must be residents of New York State, possess a high school diploma or an equivalent, and show potential for success in college. All students accepted by HEOP are required to attend a special summer program prior to the beginning of their first year.
